Postpartum Recovery.

Learning how to move your body through the transitions of pregnancy and postpartum are incredibly important for making sure you are able to continue living a beautiful and fulfilling life!

In prenatal yoga classes you’ll learn proper alignment, how to keep pain at bay through gentle movement and stretches, and prepare the body for the beautiful experience of birth.
In each class I incorporate elements of joy, challenge, and softness. Encouraging everyone to meet themselves where they need to be that day.

In postnatal recovery we’ll take slow steps that will best support your pelvic health and core function. My approach to postnatal recovery is not to focus on the “get your body back” aspect but focusing on “bouncing forwards”. Your body has gone through an incredible transformation and we want to honour how gentle movement, breath, and focused attention can improve your overall health into recovery.

Currently I offer private classes, either one-on-one or a small group of your friends, that are held in the privacy of your own home.
